2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to individuals 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Open worldwide, unless prohibited by local law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts upon publication of the giveaway post on Instagram and ends on
Saturday, 17/01/2026 at 13:00 (Berlin time).

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:

  1. Follow the official klari Instagram account @klaristore
  2. Like the giveaway post
  3. Tag a friend in the comments (the person you would write a letter to)

 Multiple entries are allowed:

  • Each additional comment tagging a different friend counts as one extra entry.
  • Duplicate tags or spam comments may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

  • The prize consists of one (1) edition of the Post Club ✰ by klari, titled “To Whom I Love”.
  • The prize includes worldwide shipping at no additional cost.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Existing Subscribers

If the winner is already an active Post Club subscriber:

  • The winner will receive the edition for free, and
  • Any payment already made for this edition will be refunded.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) on or after
    Saturday, 17/01/2026.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. Shipping

  • The prize will be shipped worldwide.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the winner.
  • Any potential customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Data Protection

Participants agree that their Instagram username may be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and announcing the winner.
Personal data will be used solely for giveaway fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for shipping.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, lost entries, or incorrect participation details.
Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. Changes & Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time.

12. Applicable Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
