When will I receive my "the post club ✰" order? How long shipping takes?

That depends on when you sign up:

📅 Sign up by the 20th of the current month
→ You'll get next month's edition
→ Ships at the beginning of next month

📅 Sign up after the 20th (21st+)
→ You'll get the edition in two months
→ Ships at the beginning of that later month

Shipping is done from Germany, at the end of the previous month or the beginning of the post club month

✰ Expected delivery time within Germany: 1–3 working days (according to Deutsche Post)

✰ Expected delivery time within Europe: 3–5 working days (according to Deutsche Post) - from experience, Balkans can take up to a month to receive their letter

✰ Expected delivery time outside Europe: 6–13+ working days (according to Deutsche Post)

Processing time is generally around 2 to 5 business days, unless mentioned otherwise!

Only if you ordered with the DHL shipping option on check out. If the option with no tracking was chosen, the letter will be sent as a regular mail and it has no tracking.

  1. Go to klaristore.com and click on the menu
  2. Log in with the same email you used to place your order
  3. Click on Manage Subscription
  4. Click on Edit
  5. Choose one of the following options:

→ Skip Order
You'll skip only next month's charge. Your subscription stays active and continues after that.

→ Pause Subscription
You won't be charged until you reactivate it. This is the easiest option if you're traveling or just need a break — you can pick up right where you left off whenever you're ready.

→ Cancel Subscription
Fully cancels your subscription. No worries though — you can always come back and subscribe again later!
