a mail club is a subscription designed to bring back one experience that has been slowly lost in the modern world: receiving a meaningful letter via post 💌

02. WHAT DO I GET?

03. HOW IT WORKS?

join once, look forward to it every month

  • 1. you join the post club ✰

    ⏰ Subscribe by the 20th to receive next month's edition.

    Orders placed from the 21st onward will receive the following month's edition. Stock may sell out before the 20th, so don't wait too long!

  • 2. we prepare & ship your monthly envelope

    📩 Your envelope is shipped from Germany at the beginning of each month, and you'll receive an email as soon as it's on its way. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    Europe & North America: 1–4 weeks
    Rest of the world: 4–16 weeks

    ⚠️ Because every envelope is sent via standard mail, tracking isn't available

  • 3. you discover the surprises

    💌 One day, your klari envelope will arrive in your mailbox, ready to be opened and enjoyed.

    🗓️ Your subscription renews automatically each month*, so all you have to do is look forward to the next little surprise.

    *Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time through your customer account.

Shipping information

✰ All orders are shipped via Deutsche Post as a standard letter (no tracking included)

✰ Shipping is done from Germany, at the end of the previous month or the beginning of the post club month

✰ Expected delivery time within Germany: 1–3 working days (according to Deutsche Post)

✰ Expected delivery time within Europe: 3–5 working days (according to Deutsche Post) - from experience, Balkans can take up to a month to receive their letter

✰ Expected delivery time outside Europe: 6–13+ working days (according to Deutsche Post)

✉️If you’re based outside the European Union, please note that, due to longer delivery times, the contents of your letter may be disclosed before it arrives in your country ✈️

✰ Shipping is included in the subscription price

✰ Shipping is done around the 1st of the month

Billing

✰ You can pause & cancel your subscription at any time— and come back to it whenever you like ✨

✰ Billing happens monthly on your sign-up date. For example, if you start on September 19, your next payment will be processed on October 19

✰ What if I don’t like the goodies? We always share the theme and a little preview of the design style before sending the letters — so please make sure to check that first on @klaristore on IG. If it’s still not your taste, we recommend gifting it to a friend or someone close to you and making someone else happy 💌

✰ What if my letter doesn’t arrive? We don’t take responsibility for letters lost by the postal service, but please send us an email and we’ll try to figure it out together!
